Being in the Spotlight is a Must for Bosses

Part of a boss’ job is to communicate to large groups of employees. But that work responsibility doesn’t come easy for some supervisors. In my book, Tough Talks® in Tough Times: What Bosses Need to Know to Deliver Bad News, Motivate Employees, and Stay Sane, I address the need for constant, two-way, open conversation between managers and their employees.
